LP Artwork does not collect, share or pass on any personal information to third party companies. We do not gather any information beyond necessary contact details and this information cannot be viewed by any parties outside of LP Artwork.
All of our clients details will be used solely for the purpose of direct communication. All personal details are stored digitally on password protected computer systems which are not connected to any networks or shared servers. Information will only be accessed by LP Artwork.
The only client information which is stored offline is in the form of printed invoices. These are retained by LP Artwork for the purpose of accounting and business finance. Our printed invoices do not contain any personal information - using only the company name and address. The only exception to this is if work is done on a private basis with an individual, in this case an invoice will reference the client name. In this circumstance any client can request an invoice without the inclusion of the client name.
